Selection Process
Our selection process intends to give an idea of the challenge that the consultancy in productivity supposes, and to know us better for the possible integration to our team.
1.
Reception of your application
We analyzed your curriculum, and if it’s selected we invited you to make an interview. It is requested to visit the Web site to know our activities well.
2. First interview
This interview of 1hr consists on the exhibition of your curriculum and answering your questions. In a success case, you pass to the second interview.
3. Second interview (for the experimented ones)
This last interview of 1,5hrs tries to choose the qualified profile between the preselected ones, through the resolution of a small case of business.
