- Tax ID (NIF): X2551651P

Object and Scope
REGENERING is an independent international consulting firm specialized in productivity, operations, and management. The Site provides information on professional services, markets digital programs and products, manages subscriptions, and facilitates contact with potential clients.
Access to the Site is free and open, except for sections expressly reserved for clients or registered users.
Contracting Professional Services
Consulting, training, and support services are contracted in a three-step process:
- Personalized Proposal following a preliminary diagnostic meeting.
- Formal Acceptance of the proposal by the client, through email confirmation, document signature, or payment of the corresponding proposal or invoice.
- Execution according to the calendar and agreed conditions.
The specific conditions of each assignment (scope, fees, deadlines, parties' obligations) are set out in the signed proposal or contract and prevail over these general conditions in case of discrepancy.
Online Store: Prices, Taxes, and Purchase
Products and programs offered in the Store section of the Site are marketed under the following conditions:
- Prices: prices shown are in euros. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are shown excluding applicable indirect taxes, which are calculated and clearly displayed before finalizing the purchase.
- Income Tax (IRPF) / IGIC / VAT: REGENERING has its tax residence in the Canary Islands. Operations are billed applying IRPF and the Canary Islands IGIC where applicable, or the tax regime applicable based on the client's country and status (consumer or company with intra-community VAT ID).
- Purchase Process: select product → enter billing details → payment via secure Stripe gateway → confirmation email with the corresponding invoice.
- Invoicing: the invoice is automatically issued upon payment, sent by email, and archived in the "My Account" page on the web. It is the client's responsibility to provide correct tax details.
- Accepted Payment Methods: those offered by the Stripe gateway at any given time (credit/debit card and local methods when available).
Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
Certain products (continuous support programs, Club Chipsters, etc.) are marketed via recurring payment subscription. By contracting them, the client expressly accepts:
- The automatic renewal of the charge with the indicated periodicity (monthly, quarterly, or yearly), until the client cancels the subscription.
- That the payment will be charged using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
The client can manage and cancel their subscription at any time via the Stripe Client Portal, accessible from their account on the Site or via the link included in billing emails. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period; amounts already billed will not be refunded unless expressly agreed or legally obligated.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 102 and following of the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU), consumers have a period of 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without justification.
However, and pursuant to Article 103 TRLGDCU, the right of withdrawal shall not apply in the following cases, among others:
- Provision of services already initiated with the consumer's express consent and acknowledgment that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.
- Supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, when performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.
- Services adapted or personalized according to the client's specifications (custom consulting, personalized diagnostics).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, where applicable, simply send a clear communication to info@regenering.com indicating your intent to withdraw.

All content on the Site (texts, images, graphics, trademarks, logos, methods, training materials, code, documentation) is the property of Michael Gourion / REGENERING or licensed for use, and is protected by national and international laws on intellectual and industrial property.
Reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation, in whole or in part, without the owner's express written authorization is prohibited. Responsibility and External Links
REGENERING commits to performing its services with the professional diligence required. However, it does not guarantee specific economic results, which depend on multiple factors beyond its control (implementation by the client, market conditions, client strategic decisions, etc.).
The Site may contain links to third-party sites. REGENERING does not control such sites nor assume any responsibility for their content or policies.
REGENERING will not be liable for interruptions, errors, or technical failures of the Site, nor for any damages resulting from inability to access, except as provided for by applicable law.
Modifications
REGENERING reserves the right to modify at any time the content of the Site and these conditions. The applicable version will be the one published on the Site at the time of access or contracting.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
Submission to Arbitration. Any dispute, litigation, or discrepancy arising from the interpretation, fulfillment, execution, or termination of this agreement will be definitively settled by arbitration administered by the Chamber of Commerce of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, in accordance with its Regulation, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that might correspond.
The above is without prejudice to the inalienable rights recognized to consumers by applicable law, who may resort to the courts of their domicile or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms recognized by current regulations.
