An international consultancy based in the Canary Islands

REGENERING® is an independent consultancy specialising in operational productivity. Since 2004, our clients have relied on us to increase the value produced per working hour. To do so, we analyse their organisation in depth: the management system, the business model, processes and roles, team skills, and the use of technologies, tools and machinery.

The result: lower costs, higher quality, speed, and revenue. A proven method that has enabled our clients not only to overcome crises, but to turn them into a growth lever. Headquartered in Tenerife, we operate in-person, remotely or hybrid.

Michael Gourion

Lead consultant and founder of REGENERING®

Graduate of the Engineering Route to Business programme at the University of Texas at Austin (McCombs School of Business) and its Quality Management Consortia, with postgraduate training in competitiveness and cluster strategy from Harvard Business School (Microeconomics of Competitiveness, Prof. Michael Porter's programme). Over 25 years of international experience in operational consulting, Michael (known as “Crack”, a top expert in Spanish) has led productivity, reorganisation and continuous-improvement projects for clients across three continents — from large industrial groups to family-run SMEs and entrepreneurship projects.
